I must be getting tired.  How in the heck do you loose your hunting boots?  I had them on yesterday morning and ain't seen them since.   Guess I'll have to go barefooted tomorrow.  At least I didn't loose my camo pants.

Gloves I can understand.  But boots?  One of two things happened.  I left them where I parked yesterday morning.  Or one of my buddy's who is down from Ohio who missed two birds in two days took them out of my trunk last night at a little shindig we had.  You know I wouldn't make fun of him, so surely he didn't take my boots

i almost know the feeling... when i hunt the forest and drive from the house not camp i will wear a pair of boots, when i get there i change into my snake boots. and when i  am about to leave the forest, not where i am hunting cause i might want to try a few places on the way out. i will change back. once as i was leaving i drove to the end of the road just for the heck of it, and on the way back out  what do i see but 1 boot, the right one. i forgot to put it into the truck hen i got there.

Crisis over.  They were where I parked the other morning.  They were fine except for a lot of dew that made them wet.  This ole boy was laughing at me while I was lacing them them up this morning.   Turkeys are just rude!
