I'm getting so excited I can barely stand it!!!
When I get off duty Tuesday morning, I'm off for a month and a half to chase turkey birds!!! So far I'll be hunting 3 states, FLA, GA & SC. I'm pumped!!!

Took my daughter out this morning.  We had 3 birds gobble about twice a piece and shutup.  Then it got windy and nothing happened.  We'll try it again tomorrow!

Blackmagic, I love the golden highlighted black bars at the end of your bird's primary tail feathers. That's cool looking!! If you notice, neither my bird nor Turkeywhacker's has that. Ours just have black bars at the end of the primaries. Make sure you save that fan!! And congrats on your bird!!

I couldn't connect this weekend.  The gobbles got the blood flowing though.  I felt good to hear the swamp echo with the thunder!
