Annie said it's because my computer is ancient.     It's a whole 4 years old.   

It won't allow me to set the resolution above 1024x768 so I can't get rid of the diuble slidebar.  However Annie is working on a solution.

It does not bother me but if you click view on IE (File Edit View) go to zoom and reduce to 75% it goes away for me you will have to try different zoom levels for your set screen resolution. My system is set up for digital editing of images so it digests sites with various settings with out issues. Hope this helps. When done at OG just reset your zoom level to 100 or where you started at and everything should be good.
