If you can go with the BENELLI you will not regret it I have a M2 with a IC 555 tube and love it. 

same here ! wouldnt trade my m2 for anything. it and the Indian creek .555 are a match made in heaven.

This looks like a great gun.  I would like to put my hands on one and shoot it.

I saw were Franchi just released the Affinity.  They have it in 20 gauge with 26 inch barrel, inertia driven and is only 5.6 pounds.  Have not personally touched one, but they look very nice and would like to see how it feels and shoots.

I held one of these a couple weeks ago, and if you can't bring yourself to paying $1300 for the M2, the Affinity should really get a good look.   To me, it shoulders and points similarly to the M2. Great feeling little gun, but it's not the M2, which gets my vote.

My youngest daughter shoots a Weatherby SA-08 20 Gauge. the recoil is not bad, the gun shoots a good POA-POI and has been dependable.
