The memos recently uncovered from 2020 indicate that Holder lied to Congress about his knowledge of F&F, and now he is spinning the facts desperately. It is in the news today that he fired off a nasty response to Congress trying to explain the meaning of the word "is."
The video of his speech in Mexico and its text compared to the text of his testimony to Congress tend to indicate that he knew of the program then and lied to Congress. He is also withholding evidence and obfuscating. An honorable president and AG would be considering the resignation of the AG; I don't know that we have that here.
A guy that I know here in Atlanta, Lynn Hogue, was originally from Arkansas and was a member of the AR Bar. He was a professor of con law and worked with the Southeastern Legal Foundation. He was the first to file a complaint against Bill Clinton with the AR Bar, which ultimately led to his resignation.
