Looking into buying a pair of crispi boots unfortunately we do not have anywhere local that I can try some on. Im looking at the lapponia 3 or the summit 2s. Does anyone have either? Im hunting in eastern NC so pretty flat ground im a little worried the summits will be too stiff.

I can't help you with either of those models. I do have a pair of Colorado II's and they are a 4 out of 5 stiffness on Crispi's rating scale. I'm 6'4" and 200lbs with a size 13 foot and I don't find them to be too stiff but they took a few miles to get comfortable.

I have the Colorado and the Lapponia III and love both of them tbh. The Colorado are for sure more stiff then the Lapponia. I use the Colorado more on days Im doing a lot of walking and/or walking through a bunch of thick stuff because the stiffness actually helps reduce the impact on my feet and ankles for those days and the material isnt leather on them so the thick stuff doesnt scratch up my boots. The Lapponia are more comfortable for day to day use, flat ground lighter walking days.  Thats just what I do I could wear either for most days and be totally happy.

looks like the summit are a flex of 3 so they would be less stiff then the colorado.  I would say either of your options would work great for you, just decide if you want leather or synthetic material.  Synthetic doesnt show wear as easy if your going though tons of brush etc, however it does hold water more when wet and will get an odor if they stay wet for a while.  Leather will show lots of scratches but is more waterproof exterior, wont hold water as much, and you can add wax to it as a softening agent and waterproof agent.

Summit is stiff but not crazy stiff.  Order fri crispi and if you need to return for the other model then your able.
