It sounds like fun , but thats 9ish ours for me, lol. I would be in for a small rented hall that we could hang out at for a while. Maybe a small delivered meal, pizza or sandwiches. Breakfast is fine also, I would just drive down the day before. Keep me in mind for a later session please. Z

That's a definite possibility, going forward.

I have access to such a facility. Pretty remote...but only 20-25 minutes from Thee Log Cabin.  Has a kitchen.  BIG outdoor area.  Could seat 100+ inside.  It'd all depend on what kinda draw we could get.plenty of good lodging within 30-40 minute drive....

I like this idea. I'm about 2.5 hours south near Morgantown, WV but would make the drive to just be a fly on the wall to gain some knowledge.

I'm on another forum, Saddle Hunter, and they use to have a member map that had a pin where each member is located if they had their town filled out. I don't think this forum has that?

I feel like I should mention I have a farm in Bedford and could host this event going forward if desired.  I have plenty of room for everyone and people could camp out for weekend if they wished.   There are some good places to eat here also and I am just 5 min off Bedford turnpike exit.  Just throwing this out there as an option not trying to take over or anything just giving you a back up if that other place don't work out.   I have a fire ring, rifle range, pond stocked with bluegill and bass, barn we could hang in etc.  The town of Bedford has lots of cool shops/spa if someone brings there woman and 2 really good sporting goods stores in Cove Creek Outfitters ($$$) and Juniata Trading Co ($).  If it would get big enough.
