To me, this is the best part of old gobbler, just getting to see what you guys are up to, sharing stories, etc. I don't have much use for the general forum anymore. Every post seems to turn into an argument that I just can't stand. Even good info and good conversation has at least a few bad apples. It sucks, plainly.

Anyway, I'll get off my soap box. I head to South Florida in a week and a half. Beyond that, I have my typical handful of tags.

My wife doesn't even know where I go, lol.   Nothing new here this year, just bouncing around VA, and then heading to PA for a couple days in May to hunt with A_Jabbo and Zsully.   Other than that, just scouting, hanging cams, patterning guns, and staring at OnX non stop trying to long-distance learn a few new spots I picked up.  Should be an interesting year since I lost a few spots and picked up a few new spots.

I've got access to "new" ground this year. I've deer hunted this place the last 3 years and the owner told me to come back during turkey season and have at it..and of course I said "Will do." 

I've got anywhere from 2-7 longbeards in one of my regular spots. I also got access to a place I shot a bird 2 years ago. So if everything falls in line I should have plenty of opportunities!

A_jabbo and I will be heading down to Texas to chase Rio's for the first time in late April. After that it will be back to Pa. Got a new house and been learning the area and finding some good winter flocks. Time to start chasing permissions.

Also, considering a run to Kentucky and maybe Michigan.

NJ, NY, and possibly PA. Scouting starts now, gonna hit 78 degrees next week. Bye bye snow, HOPEFULLY. Gonna check my old PA spots from 20 years ago and see if the birds are there. Good luck gents, let's roll!!!
