First of all, I want to SINCERELY thank the members of the Old Gobbler Forums for the incredible support of our venture.  And also a HUGE thanks to Shannon for providing this platform to to use for our success !!

This whole thing started over 10 years ago when I needed a good way to tote a Primos Battleship long box on an upcoming Rio hunt in west Texas.  I sketched out a drawing and some dimensions and showed it to a buddy who sewed leather.  He said it was do-able and it became a holster....which worked perfectly on my hunt.  Then someone saw it and wanted to know if we could make him one, too ?? That was February of 2017.

Since then, the Yoder409 "line" has grown to include the long box holster (now in its 3.0 version), short box, handled hen box, mini paddle, push-pin, single friction, double friction, double trough call, single trumpet, double trumpet and even a couple of bourbon carry systems.  We have shipped holsters to 44 of the 49 states that have turkeys.

Once started, our mission was to put out a no-frills, yet Tank Tough product with a price point that was within everyone's reach. For over 8 years our pricing has remained the same.  And  our Old Gobbler Forums customers have come to know our prices were "To Your Door".  Shipping included.  Unfortunately, that is no longer possible.  Over that 8 year time span, the prices of materials have gone up some.  But the cost of postage has more than doubled.  We have discussed this quietly for a couple years and always tabled the discussion.  but, unfortunately, no longer.

Beginning August 1st, 2025 we will be raising the price of each item by $5  This is, basically, enough to cover the increase in postage.

Again, we thank all of our customers HUGELY !!!  Our apologies for having to make this difficult decision.

That's a very modest price hike considering most everything else has gone up 25% or so in the last five years.

Those Hen Box holsters are bullet proof along with the trumpet cases and push pin cases

Really appreciate everyone's understanding, kind words of support and success stories.

Like I said..... this was a decision a while in coming and made reluctantly.

But, for now, anyways, we aren't going anywhere but to the woods with your valued calls.

Lost my longbox and holster last year roosting birds. Could not find it. Even if run over by a car and the box crushed I was hoping to at least find holster. I've got lots of boxes. 1 longbox holster that I switch when needed. That being said I did find box/holster varying out a buds bird next morn but I'll be getting another holster  before season
