Good sling with one handed quick adjust?

I've done some searching but havent come across much. The main thing I want in a sling is the ability to quickly tighten it up, so it doesnt flop when I'm setup on a bird. Something like what the majority of the two point tactical slings have. I've been looking a the Quake sling, but I cant determine how 'quick' it is to adjust the length on it. I suppose I can get a tactical one and swap out the hooks for swivels too.

Any suggestions?

I have several of the Quake slings and they are fairly quick to adjust.

I use them on some of my lighter guns as they hold well but no give like some of the Neoprene slings do.
