Looking for tips for setting the latex when swapping it out. Thanks

There is a post on tuning a tube call below.

Best thing to do is practice, practice, practice.  Put the latex on and secure with a rubber band.  Repeat.

It will get second nature to you.  Ive carried a Morgan tube for years and always keep a few extra pieces of latex and rubber bands in by bag in case one or the other gives up.  Takes about 15 seconds to swap out and keep on going.

It comes with practice.  Make sure you wet the latex before you put it on the call, it is much easier putting it on. Make sure you have no ripples in the latex around the lip of the call. The tension is a feel after doing it awhile.  Before you start using the call wet it on the outside and underneath where the latex contacts the call rim. Try using the call and you will find out over time the tension that you need. I sometimes pull on the side of the latex under the O ring or rubber band to get more tension.
Hopefully this will help.
Good luck and be safe.
