A few of the first odd not have anything but maybe a piece of paper with a signature, then he made a card that had the information. I think this is correct from what I saw as I did not buy one during this timeframe. Please correct me if someone see something inaccurate in this.

He stopped signing the inside of the bell on some of his calls I think because it's hard for him to do it now. He does send paperwork with these newer calls that corresponds to the number with information about the call and signature. You should ask the guy you got it from for that paperwork.
