I like the meadow creek and the Swampfox sight I got was a good price. Overall I really like the mount and complete set up.

thanks for all the replies everyone. I did some searching and found out that 4 different manufactures offer this type of rib mount and, TRUGLO is one of them. As luck (bad luck) would have it, I recently acquired a credit from TRUGLO that will cover the price of their universal shotgun rib mount so one is headed my way. I'll explain how I got that credit in another post in a few days.

again, thank you all

I've used Meadow Creek Mounts on my 11-87 20-gauge, and my SP-10, for several years now and very happy with them.

Drill and tap it.
Much more secure, easier to mount and you're not stressing your ventilated rib.

Rib mounts on shotguns remind me of seeing someone reel a spinning reel upside down.

The meadow creek / burris package deal came today. Initial thoughts .... it will work.
Easy setup

It does look a little funny mounted out  that far, but it is great for hunting situations.

Go back-and-forth between receiver mounted and rib mounted sights  and when the turkeys is there both work great.

+1 for the Warne rib mount here. I haven't had any issues with mine on my 12ga.
