Looking at getting a Beretta A300 Ultima Turkey in 20 gauge. What's everyone's opinion of them?

My father owns one...

Nice gun for the money.  Seems a bit heavier than my older Urika.

I would put the SX-4 in the same category as the A-300...  (I own an SX-4 in 12 ga.)

Franchi Infinity is in a similar price point, probably a bit more reliable and easier to clean (as an inertia gun compared to gas-operated)...  Also more recoil.
Did I do that?

I have one.  I was fortunate enough to get it from Midway for $650 when they were closing out the Mossy Oak DNA pattern.  I topped it with a Holosun 507C.  I shoot Apex Ninja through an Indian Creek .555.  It has become my go to turkey gun over the last couple of years.  No problems getting the job done.

I just bought one, haven't had the chance to shoot it yet. Topped it with a Burris Fast Fire 3 and a Carlsons .555 choke tube.

Also just bought one. Put a Holosun 507C on a Meadow Creek mount on it. Still searching for a choke...

I have one and I love that gun. Put a Holosun 510 green dot on it with a Sumtoy choke.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, tired, beat, thoroughly used up and totally worn out from chasing turkeys and loudly proclaiming; "WOW -- What a Ride!"
