When I got the third call on the right, I took it out the box, played it, and texted Ricky. It was not until he asked how I liked the new style that I realized it was different, lol. After realizing it, I took both and played them together. There are some subtle differences and I can definitely see why he made the changes he has. Ricky has done a great job improving his trumpets, but he put a lot of time into them before making them available to buy. I love that middle call and used it a good bit last year.

Ricky makes very high quality calls. His newer shorter version runs extremely well for me. He is working on several more for me currently and I can't wait to get them. He is a fantastic guy and absolute killer in the woods

Boxwood and a special piece of Cherry. I like the looks of a trumpet that is clean, simple but elegant, and has well defined lines. Ricky's fit that to a T and more importantly are full of turkey in the woods.

Ricky makes amazing quality trumpets that run but the fit and finish is bar none.  A few I have from him.  He makes great calls.  But I like the longer ones better.
