The Other Side

Made a post a while back called Bits of Jealousy. I sent my buddy Ricky Padgett a blank of Brazilian Rosewood and ivory. The original blank was large enough to cut in half so I sent the other side to Mr. Permar for a hex call. Well today he sent me a picture of the finished product and man is she beautiful! Cannot wait to get her in my hands!

Very pretty. I would like to get one of those hex calls myself based on looks, but I have wondered if the shape makes them have a different sound than a round one, what do you think or does it matter? I think I make them all sound ill at this time anyway.

Oh I never meant does it give it a negative sound, clearly it is a proven product, just wondered if it was different or does it make it easier to place with the shape? Thanks again.

Do not think it effects it one way or another if internals and all is good.
