S Alabama private turkey, bass and possible gator

I have several thousand private acres in se Alabama. Im interested in merriams or rio swap. But would consider easterns in Tn, ky,Missouri,iowa etc. Also have access to large private bass lakes. Also this is a long shot but...Alabama is now open for non residents to apply for gator tag.(update this may not go into effect until next year. Im not sure.)Iv hunted them for years. If anyone is lucky enough to draw eufaula or se units i can guide or provide info. I have the gear and know the laws and the water. Thanks Mike (also can probably throw in some hog hunts)
