Boarwood

Any info or experience with strikers made from Boarwood?  It's a laminate.

It's not so much that I'm super interested in Boarwood for a striker but I have some Boarwood sitting around and I'm wondering what I can have made from it.  I have a Boarwood trumpet, and I like the trumpet.

I've got a striker from Clay Townsend in that and it will flat out run anything. Very good striker
