Anyone using Konus fission 3.0 sight? pros? Cons?

I just picked one of these up for my .410 301. Anyone use this sight? Seems fairly nice for the price. Just wondering if it'll hold up.

I've used a Konus Fission 2.0 a couple years.

It has held up fine but I am wanting to upgrade to a Burris or Vortex. I'm afraid it will fail at the wrong time.

I have had good luck with Konus sights and scopes but I know there are better options with a few more dollars spent.
