How did you get that thing? I  remember it around the shop for a while a long time ago.

I actually got it off of ebay. Bob told me the story of it. Hopefully he will come on and give the story again. The feather on top is carved it isn't wood burned.

I remember one, not 10 laying around shop. Unless it was something similar.

I think they were 7 that ended up being made.

Man I couldn't agree more.
Ol Bob is a great craftsman and call maker who certainly has made a notable mark in the turkey call world. I have heard he has passed on quite a bit of knowledge to many also. A true ambassador.

This call is an amazing work of art!!! I'm going to say lots of time, talent and patients went into making it.

Lots of beautiful calls in this thread. Bedge7767, thanks for starting this thread...like some else said, it is one of the better threads started and enjoyed seeing all this great art work.

Another one of my favorites.
Tasmanian blackwood adjustable.
Pictures don't do her justice the grain in this wood is spectacular.

Desert Ironwood with Ivory Ferrule and Mouthpiece. Funny story about this call. The guy who ordered it wouldn't pay for it and I was blessed to receive it. Only 3 of these were made.

That's a treasure for sure!

My two killers. One of these two calls are just about always in my vest. All delrin adjustable calls.  I love the versatility of being able to get multiple hens out of one call on the fly.
