But it also allows someone with zero posts to message another member to buy a product , not too restrictive for a new member but just enough of a nuisance to make a scammers life difficult
1 do NOT buy anything from anyone with a low post count especially a 0 to 1 post person
2 look at the profile name , then look at the post count ....look closely
3 if the deal is too good ...it is
