Beretta .390/ TSS

Have a Jebs .565 shooting Fed TSS 9's.  Entire pattern is in a 8" circle at 30yds. POA/POI is on but it really needs a red dot on it just don't have time. Shooting double beads. Wondering if it will mess up the choke or barrel shooting the flush full choke in this Mobil choke barrel?

Thanks I'm hoping it will open it up to a good hunting pattern within 40yds. Have a bunch of Fed HW 7's could try as well. Been shooting them out of a Hastings .566. Same deal, super tight with the POA/POI on.

If the factory full is too open, I would try something in the .575-.585 range.
