Youth Tri star Raptor ??

I bought my kids a youth tri star raptor to shoot turkeys with. It is a nice little gun shoots and operates well for the money. The down fall to it is the trigger is the worst i have ever pulled. I have 15 year old chain saws with better triggers. I tried doing a search to find out if they are all like this or i just got a bad one. Is there any trigger upgrades anyone knows of Thanks

I don't have the Raptor but I do have a Viper G2 20 gauge. I installed a MCarbo sear spring and really like it. Check with them on their website (Mcarbo.com) and see if the Viper spring will fit the Raptor. It was $12.95 plus shipping

Mcarbo did wonders for my 835 trigger!!

I've got a Raptor youth model also. You have me curious how bad the trigger is on it. I'll try and remember to put the scale on it. I bought it back in February and have used it for squirrel hunting and some clays in the backyard. Good to know about the Mcarbo spring. I've used their stuff on other firearms in the past.

I got ahold of Mcarbo and they couldn't help on the raptor.
