Cerakote colors with wood

I just picked up a youth 870 with wood stock. I'm debating dipping the whole gun but the wood is a pretty dark color and not opposed to keeping that but curious what colors you would suggest if I cerakoted the barrel and reciever.

There are some guns being made factory now with wood and cerakoted receivers, especially the CZ 1012s, that might give you a good idea of what different colors might look like. Personally I really like that slate gray "graphite" color as well as some of the bronzes. Not opposed at all to two tones either, one on the receiver and a different color barrel. Black barrel, black magazine cap and a bronze receiver look really good in my opinion. This is a CZ 920 I had done, black barrel and obviously different on the receiver. If I were about to do something like this now I'd likely go wood stock, black barrel and end cap, and whatever your favorite pattern is from Koehler Custom in Kentucky. I think that'd look mean!

I've been looking at some pics on Facebook and online. It's some pretty good looking colors not far off from the factory blued amd some good colors in the flat dark earth with greys or blacks in that I think would look awesome with the dark wood of my 870. Simile to the color on the reciever in the picture

Here's a couple of the 1012s that come stock wood and cerakote. I think both the bronze and gray look good, but that bronze just seems to bring out and compliment the wood more to me. Obviously matte black would also look great. I have seen a dark green and I didn't think that looked very good but to each his own.
