This is a snooz mid paddle macassar/ old wormy chestnut ,I know there is a guy on og loves his but I just don't use half my calls

That is a cool piece of reclaimed chestnut. Mine has the worm holes, but no staining. I've had several unsolicited PMs asking if I'd part with it. Nope.

Any mini boat from Snodgrass 'checks all the boxes' for sound and appearance. But the few mac over chestnut minis he made, they were a special breed. Agree packmule, shouldn't last long here.
