Tightwad Choketube Info Needed

I bought a couple of old Primos DVD's on ebay and the one had something on it I could not identify by the picture, when I asked the person what it was I was told it was "Some kind of whistle thingy"
Well I got the DVD's in today and it turns out the "whistle thingy" is a Tightwad Choke Tube model no. 8866-12 GA. Mosberg 835/935
I have no clue as to the value of the item and was hoping somebody could steer me in the right direction. It has the black plastic thread protector on it and when I take it off it shows no sign whatsoever of being used.
