Winchester Sxp Longbeard 12 gauge 3.5"

I located and purchased this gun last night, I had the 20 ga version,had a bad trigger and sold it last fall and kind of regretted it. I looked for another 20 but could not find one, yet. I seen a 12 3.5" and bought it.

I am planning on next weekend taking all my setups and patterning them and get some pics up off the best patterns and guns in the snow. It will just depend on the weather.

It shows 2-6 days shipping via Canpar,they are usually pretty quick,so maybe have it this weekend. This concludes my shotgun addiction for this spring. My goal within the next few years is to reach 50 turkey shotguns, just another hobby and something I enjoy.

It arrived today,pretty quick shipping.I'll be out with it next weekend for sure, I may even get out this Sunday and pattern a few guns if I have time, I have a chance to pick up a hastings and a mad max gobbler choke in invector plus,I may buy them to try, and have in the collection. I had bought a jebs for another gun but may try it out in this one.

I'm going to try and take a picture of each gun next to pattern I go with this spring,Im not counting pellets for myself, or anybody else though. I also received my order for Banded Nano Sling Back Pack in bottomland, I am going to load it up and test it for turkey hunting.

I didn't wear a vest at all last year,I used a little Allen turkey sling bag and liked it but wanted something a little bigger,thought about the murses from Glenda and spoke with her but figured Id check this out first, as If it isn't great.I will use for duck hunting.

I got out earlier and patterned the new gun.I didn't mess around, I had an idea on what I wanted to use, Longbeard 4's or 5's in 3.5" from a patternmaster code black, with the fiber optics. I had to adjust up and to the left, the only allen key I didn't have out of the 500 I brought was the one to adjust left-right. I adjusted that afterwards.

This is 40 yards, range finder is always used. This is a longbeard 3.5" #4, It shot the 5's good but I am shooting the 4's from this gun. I had cardboard up behind, I just didn't have my phone, It was in my truck and It was gone on a trip to get steaks for the bbq until I was almost done patterning.
