Harrison Hootin Stick

Just got my hootin stick in mail today and I'm having a hard time to get a real owl sound out of it. Sounds more like a duck call more than anything to me. I've watched a few of the YouTube videos but still can't run this thing. Can anyone give me any tips, has anyone had the same experience as me.

Did you watch Harrison's you tube?
It's not the call, you need to learn back pressure and throat or tongue manipulation.

You have to blow from down deep, and push some air through it. Blow hard and then back off till you find the sweet spot.

It's your hand baffling.  Keep playing with the constriction.  Keep it tight.
