Kansas NR sales now suspended

Kansas has officially suspended all nonresident turkey license sales. Looks like they are following Nebraska in that if you already purchased the license you can hunt, but they will not be selling any more. Also there is the 14 day quarantine rule depending on where you are coming from.

They are offering refunds to those that already purchased them and encouraging out of state hunters to do that. I'm wondering if they will give me my money back after I kill my birds.
