#2 down in Bama and a double with my Dad!

Sorry guys the one I killed isn't going to beat out my first one but I figured I'd share anyways! Long story short Dad and I got permission on a pasture last year to hunt. Two 2 year old birds in it, 2 jakes, a wad of hens and I ended up taking one of the longbeards last year. Dad happened to miss the other one twice and had a heck of a time with him. Well this year came and low and behold his old friend was back out there with two 2 year olds which I'm assuming we're last years jakes we had saw. He closed the chapter on that rascal this morning and I was lucky enough to be right beside him to take one of the 2 year olds. Absolutely awesome morning with my best friend making memories that will last an eternity!

Thanks fellas! Dads bird sure would've made a impact for the contest. 20 pounds, 1 3/8" spur on one side and 1 7/16" on the other, with a 10.5" rope. He was a fine fine bird and I couldn't be happier for him to close the book on that agitating joker!
