A couple of Georgia youths

These 2 youngins are being raised the right way! Both are my younger cousins and they took advantage of the youth season and managed to kill this one today.
The young man on the right is the shooter and it is his first turkey. The younger one on the left was the caller and he was using a box call from Lonnie Mabry that he picked out himself a couple weeks ago.
I was talking to one of their Dad who I am really close to and we agreed that the wild game in Georgia had better be on guard for the next bunch of years, cause the hunting genes of these boys run strong and we (me and my cousin) used to be real hard on the game around here.
Big, heavy bird with 10+ beard and long spurs.

You could hunt for a good while and not kill a bird like that one. He at least looks over 20 lbs to me, and those hooks are downright evil! Congrats to those young men!
