28" SBEII PG 0.670" w/H13 3.5" #7's pattern

I picked up a used Pure Gold 0.670" and tried it in my SBEII w/28" barrel and H-13 3.5" #7's. I was too impatient to clean choke and barrel. One shot yielded a very even pattern of 291 in 10" circle at a lasered 40 yards. The Rhino 0.660" had been averaging 280 clean or dirty but was not as evenly dispersed. I am hoping to find better but it should be great to 50 yards.

I won a .673 angle port for my SBEII - I talked to Reloader about it and he confirmed my beliefs that it was probably gonna be too open for a Benelli. I ran some 3.5 MB's and 2.25 #6 hevi's through it and don't remember the exact numbers but both were right around 190-205 (off a dirty bore) and the patterns were as even as you could ask for(more even than the .660 JH). I know thats not up to you guys standards, I was really surprised, it was exactly what I was looking for. guess you never can tell till you run a few through it

howdy, I think those are good numbers with the blend and 6's - I totally understand wanting a nice even 20" pattern.
