As a duck hunter, hunting in the rain more often than I would like, I have a Sitka (Delta)... I balked at the price, but would purchase one tomorrow again if I had to. Sitka, First Lite, and Kuiu are all great garments, and I purchased the Sitka due to the watefowl hunting friendly design of the jacket (and due to the fact that I got a nice deal on the garment)... Were I purchasing for big game, turkey, or upland, I would like choose Kuiu or First Lite.
That being said, were I not a "fowl-weather" hunter, I would look at the Cabela's coat... Frogg Toggs work, but only once or twice. They are pretty much disposable jackets, and they tear and rip and fail in short order.
Also, when I am turkey hunting in the rain, I carry a camouflage umbrella... I made a stake to easily set it in the ground, and not being a blind hunter, I can walk long distances and set it up quickly... That over-sized camouflage umbrella was a great purchase for me...
I also use it to hide the kids behind when I take them (when it is not raining), and I use it dove hunting to give shade to the dogs on a warmer afternoon shoot.
