...Best recipe for cooking Morel mushrooms?...

...I'm crossing my fingers in hope that my brother will send me a fresh batch of morel mushrooms he harvested on his property in Pennsylvania this week .
It's been over 30 years since I've eaten these and I want to do something really special with them.
Can anyone tell me the best way to prepare and cook morels?
