And I get a beautiful morning to sit here on a log and contemplate. It seems like just last year I was taking my boy pedro hunting. We would sit together and I would try to calm him down and talk him through his shots. Now this morning he drives me to our hunting spot, takes the dour wheeler and takes off. Leaving me to slowly snoop around and see what I can find. Managed to find a doe without yearlings and wrapped up my hunt. Anyways I just heard Pedro's gun and it sounds like no tracking is required. So now I just get to sit here and relax. Funny how fast time moves. All to often we are always looking ahead and not appreciating the present or remembering the past. Happy new years fellows and I hope lots of good memories are made.
