I've seen many a coyote but never have I had one act or do anything remotely close to that !!.

In Illinois, while you could shoot the coyote with a shotgun, had you used a concealed carry handgun to do the same thing you would have committed an illegal act.

My wife does the same thing to me if I turkey hunt too much.
All jokes aside, That is crazy. Glad you are okay. Just wondering how bad it could have been if God forbid, it grabbed your neck.

Never heard of a yote doing that.
