A gentleman goes to his family doctor.  After his examination, blood work, and what not.....his doctor comes in for the consult.  Doctor says " Bob,  I have good news and bad news, which one should we address first?"  Well heck, Bob says " Why don't you give me the good news first".  Doctor looks him in the eyes and says " Well, the good news is that a new disease is going to be named after you!!".
