Sat in a ground blind in the rain yesterday from dark thirty in the AM til noon, didn't hear or see a single bird. Today I set up in same area and this bird was hammering on the roost about 100 yards away. Gave him a few soft notes so he'd know I was there, and he flew down, gobbled, and walked in full strut right into the decoys. Awesome morning!!!
