I'm a big fan of V Cuts and right now I like both the Blue Viper and the Scott Ellis Energy. Both are easy to blow and have a good sound.

I've been running woodhaven calls for about 10 years now. What style of cut, depends on the air flow coming out. Right, left, center. I love the ninja hammer.  Easy yelps and solid cuts. Ease of use, seems to be a ghost or a V cut. I've always liked the scorpion, red scorpion, Red wasp (V cut), Black wasp (V cut). I felt their calls were a smidge too big, so I would just cut a little bit of the tape to make it fit the way I liked it. I just got a blue cutter and the ninja ghost, we'll see how they pan out. had a tom hang up last spring, switched to a ninja hammer and five minutes later he was dead
shot two more nice toms last year with the same call
