Longest week and a half of my life

Sitting here in South Dakota reading about all of y'all that are smacking the long beards right now. All my family in Florida sending me pictures of the kids getting birds on the family ranch. 9 days and a wake up until our season opens out here. Any day it gets up to 45 degrees right now feels like summertime and the birds just started gobbling regularly. Pretty much just trying to say I'm jealous of everyone's early seasons, but when middle of May rolls around and I'm still out I think I will just rub it in y'alls faces. Good luck!

Enjoy what you are feeling now. As I get older I realize that the anticipation is part of the fun. I have about a week and a half to go before I start taking the young ones out for youth season and there is a lot to look forward to. Enjoy the ride and milk it for all it's worth.
