Apple striker?

Anyone use one? How does it typically run, and what surfaces is it best on?

I use one. A Harold Fowler. It is great on glass and slate. Just picked it up from him in January, so still new to me. Going to ride along with me this year.

I like an Apple striker. Mellows out some of the sharpness of a glass or aluminum. Very nice sound
