Merriam outfitter suggestion help.

I work in the agricultural field and so it's pretty much impossible for me to actually "book" a hunt somewhere and know I'll be able to male it unless it rains and we aren't in the field. I want to do a merriam next year and want to hear some good outfitters to call and talk to about my situation and see if we can work something out. Any suggestions? Not looking to do public land bc my time frame is going to be a couple days from the time I leave until it dries up and get busy again.
