Profile Problem

For some reason there seems to be an issue with my profile. It wont let me or others view it (attached pic) and also wont allow a PM to be sent to me. I have logged out and logged back in, just curious if anyone else has had this issue and knew how to fix it. Maybe it's just something to do with the Tapatalk app? Thanks
