Changing loads with single bead sight

Been shooting magnum blends for years but switching to fed tss 9's in 12 ga. Do y'all think that will drop my pattern a few inches? Of course it'll need to be patterned beforehand but just curious since I know little about these heavier loads.

As long as the choke is the same, you shouldn't see any change.
