It's an armi San Marco's wildfowler, Italian.  Had briley chokes put on business end last year. .685 worked well with 2 5/8  of 8s &9s.dont know much about gun picked up at estate sale in 90s.love to know how old it is?

what little I could find was that there were several imported during the 1970's.  That is a beautiful 10!

I was assuming  armi sanmarcos translated  army of San Marco's. I thought  the town, maybe it's your ancestors last name?

Well My great grandfather was the First to come to America in I believe the 1920 so maybe the town is named after my family.
