I think these are them on taxidermy.net  I think they are the same ones that were on here but I'm not sure .  Homemade Expressions is the name.  Hope this helps.  They look pretty cool.  I'm gonna to try my own this year.  There is also a guy on here that does euro skull mount plaques out of barnwood in the classifieds. He might be able to help you out.
