I don't know if any. Never heard of any either. There's a lot of public land around. Some of its Corp land and some WMA. I think there's some national forest land also. Hope this helps. Let me know if you find one.

Im from north MS, no outfitters that I know of.  Lots of public land though especially toward the northeast side of the state

Edit: i take that back you may try looking up Fitch Farms. No experience with them but i do hunt nearby and there is def no shortage of birds in the area.
