Dont get any better to deal with. One of the calls he sent me had a little place in the wood. Im positive he didnt see before he shipped but he had a brand new one ordered for him. He had me send the one back and he sent me the brand new one. Don't get any better then that. Not to mention he insisted on me hearing soundfiles on the calls I was buying and super friendly.
