Back from Missouri, tornados, rain, wind hail, and rain, did I mention rain? In 9 days we had about 11 inches of rain. Even with the bad weather I did manage to fill both of my tags.  Once again we saw very little sign and the gobbling was light to say the least. First bird came on a string on the second day of the hunt, 2 year old hitting the scales at 22.8 with inch spurs and a 9" beard. Second bird came on the 5th day. HE was a hog 22.11 lbs, 12" beard and 1 1/4 aqnd 1 " spurs.

Pulled into the house last night at 0100 and the Pa opener was the same day. I smashed a 2 year old at 0617 this morning here at home. One tag left for Pa then if I can get the time off it is away tp Ny.

So I guess I have a contest entry and will not have to shave my head. LOL   Good to be home.....
