Been a great season in n.c

Started out getting my 5 year old daughter's first bird. Then it was me and the ol lady's turn. We both smashed two great toms in eastern n.c mine having 1 7/16th spurs. Came home and called in a double for me and my nephew so now I'm tagged out just calling for people now.  Apex ammunition was the ammo we used on each of these birds can't say enough about how well it done. Like to thank flat hills custom calls for making a awesome sounding mouth call too!

I am hunting in Wilson co. Have not heard a gobble yet been hunting last two weekends..
Talked to some others here and they have said the same thing...   Guess that's why they call it hunting...
